Bonifacio High Street is beginning to be the “in” place for those who want nothing more than enjoy some quiet time with family.
The landscape of the Global City is a testament of the growing economic development happening in the Philippines.
Buildings are sprouting everywhere, and it will not be long before we can see high-rise buildings at the Fort.
There is no other way but “up” for the Philippines.
Many foreigners are building their offices here. Quietly, this side of town is growing. I see so many global brands, even brands in the financial sector, relocating here.
its good that the policy here at the Fort is 60% commercial and 40% of the space will be devoted to green, meaning parks and the like. That is good policy.
It’s time that we build communities that nurture life. Gone are the days when developers only think of selling real estate.
Real estate companies right now sell concepts, mostly self-sustaining, self-sufficient communities. The “in” thing right now is giving buyers the convenience of reaching their favorite stores at arm’s length.
I took some photos when I went there with my family. I hope you enjoy these.
