East Asia Royale Hotel at General Santos City

General Santos City airport

When you get at General Santos, the general feeling is you’re in a different world. General Santos, with its wide expanse of road, filled with tricycles, motorcycles and taxis, is like any other town or city in the Philippines, but with an exception–it’s quiet here. Despite the humidity, people go about their business just like any other.

And when you’re at General Santos City, stay at the East Asia Royale Hotel. IT’s about 20-30 minutes or so from the airport.

They say East Asia Royale Hotel is the number one and the best in the city. Its reputation preceded itself. I believed so.

The room is typically standard for a 3-to-4 star hotel such as this.

Rooms have standard bed rooms, chairs, a television set (now LCD)  and a nice comfort room.

When you enter the room the first time, the housekeeping is excellent. The bed is nicely done, the toilets are superbly cleaned and the drapes and all others are squeakily clean.Nothing to worry about if you’re really very tired after a 2-hour flight from Manila.

There are just about seven floors I think with about 30-40 or so rooms. Not bad. Every room was made extra special for guests.

Every room has its own tables with two chairs, great for chatting with your friend.

What’s great about this hotel is the food. They offer almost every single thing you want to eat, be it Japanese, American, and Filipino.

In just one call, order the best of Japanese and American cuisines cooked by some of the best chefs in the region.

So, stay at the East Asia Royale Hotel at General Santos City, South Cotabato.
